Emily Nevokshonoff

Emily began dancing at age 9 with Soul Connexion and continued her dance journey with them until she graduated in 2023. She competed in Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Ballet and Tap and took part in assistant teaching and the apprentice program at Soul Connexion. 

Emily is going into her third year at UBC Vancouver studying a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with hopes of pursuing research in graduate school. 

Emily has always loved the sense of freedom and exploration that dance makes her feel and she is forever grateful for the supportive community Soul Connexion gave her over the years. She can’t wait to connect with all the younger dancers and share her love for dance!
